3. Personal Data We Collect

With your explicit consent, we may also access financial information through regulated third-party providers under PSD2/Open Banking frameworks. In addition, we collect certain technical and device-related information automatically when you use the App. This may include information about your device type, operating system, IP address, and general usage patterns within the App.

In addition, and only with your explicit and informed consent, the App may request access to certain sensitive device data and features, including:

Location data, which may be used for fraud prevention, security checks, and validation of user activity

Google account information, where login or authentication is performed via Google services
Such data is only accessed where strictly necessary for core functionality of the App, is never collected in the background without user knowledge, and is always subject to explicit user consent. To improve the accuracy and performance of our AI-based credit assessment models, we may also process behavioral and device-related signals. Such processing is conducted in a transparent manner and, where required, based on your consent and in compliance with applicable law.
4. Purpose of Processing
Aicredify processes personal data in order to provide and operate the App and its services. This includes delivering creditworthiness assessments, enabling financial analysis, and improving the functionality and accuracy of our technology.
We also process personal data to maintain the security of our services, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data on the basis of several legal grounds. Where you have given your consent, such as for accessing financial data via Open Banking, processing is based on that consent. Certain processing activities are necessary for the performance of a contract, namely to provide you with access to the App and its functionalities.
In some cases, processing is required to comply with legal obligations. We may also process data based on our legitimate interests, for example in order to improve our services, enhance security, and prevent fraud, provided that such interests do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.
