Introduction

Welcome to Aicredify.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Aicredify platform, including our mobile applications, websites, APIs, software, and related services. By accessing or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. Aicredify is an AI-driven technology platform designed to assist consumers, merchants, financial institutions, landlords, and other business partners in evaluating financial reliability, identity authenticity, fraud risk, and credit-related indicators. Our Services combine artificial intelligence, financial data analysis, Open Banking technologies, device intelligence, and risk assessment methodologies to provide decision-support information.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.

Aicredify AB is a company incorporated in Sweden and operates in accordance with applicable European laws and regulations.

The Services

Aicredify provides technology designed to support digital trust, identity verification, fraud prevention, and financial assessment processes. The Services may include the collection and analysis of information obtained directly from users, from regulated Open Banking providers, financial institutions, connected devices, payment service providers, and other authorized data sources.

Using advanced analytical models, machine learning technologies, and artificial intelligence systems, Aicredify generates risk indicators, credit-related assessments, authentication results, and other decision-support information. The Services are intended to assist users and business partners in making more informed decisions. However, all outputs generated by the platform are advisory in nature and should not be interpreted as guarantees, financial advice, legal advice, or binding decisions. Aicredify reserves the right to improve, modify, expand, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.

User Eligibility

The Services are intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that all information submitted to Aicredify is accurate, complete, and up to date. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of your information and to promptly notify Aicredify of any material changes.

Any use of the Services in violation of applicable laws or regulations is strictly prohibited.

Data Access and User Authorization

Certain features of the Services require your explicit authorization to access information from external sources. By choosing to use these features, you authorize Aicredify and its service providers to access, retrieve, process, and analyze information from authorized sources for the purpose of providing the Services.

Such information may include banking information obtained through Open Banking frameworks, transaction history, account balances, payment activity, device information, location information, identity verification data, and other information necessary to perform risk assessments, fraud analysis, and credit-related evaluations. You remain responsible for ensuring that any permissions granted through your device, financial institution, or third-party provider accurately reflect your intentions.

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Analysis

Aicredify utilizes artificial intelligence, machine learning models, predictive analytics, and automated decision-support systems as part of its platform. These technologies are designed to identify patterns, assess financial behavior, evaluate potential risks, and generate analytical outputs based on available information.

While Aicredify continuously seeks to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of its models, no algorithm, artificial intelligence system, or analytical process can guarantee perfect accuracy or predict future events with certainty. Users acknowledge that any scores, recommendations, classifications, risk indicators, or analytical outputs generated by the platform are based on available data and probabilistic methodologies and may not reflect every circumstance relevant to a specific individual or transaction.

No Credit Guarantee

Aicredify is not a lender, bank, credit institution, or financial advisor unless explicitly stated otherwise. The use of the Services does not guarantee approval of any loan, credit facility, installment payment plan, invoice purchase, tenancy agreement, mortgage application, or other financial arrangement. All final decisions remain the responsibility of the merchant, lender, landlord, financial institution, employer, service provider, or other party making the relevant decision. Aicredify shall not be responsible for any decision made by a third party based on information generated through the Services.

Beta and Pilot Services

From time to time, Aicredify may offer certain features, products, integrations, applications, APIs, or services on a beta, pilot, evaluation, testing, preview, or limited-release basis. Such Beta Services are provided for testing, validation, feedback collection, and product development purposes. Beta Services may contain errors, defects, inaccuracies, interruptions, security vulnerabilities, or incomplete functionality.

Users acknowledge that Beta Services are experimental in nature and are provided without any guarantees regarding availability, performance, reliability, suitability, or accuracy. Aicredify reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove Beta Services at any time without prior notice. Participation in any beta program, pilot project, alpha test, proof-of-concept, or evaluation initiative is voluntary and undertaken at the user’s own risk.

Cross-Border Services

Aicredify operates as an international technology platform and may provide Services to users, merchants, financial institutions, and partners located in multiple jurisdictions.

Depending on location and availability, Aicredify may integrate with Open Banking providers, financial institutions, identity verification services, payment service providers, and data partners operating within the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, and other jurisdictions.

Users acknowledge that data processing, storage, and analysis may occur across international borders in accordance with applicable laws and contractual safeguards. Where required by law, Aicredify implements appropriate technical, organizational, and contractual measures to protect personal data transferred internationally. Availability of specific features, providers, integrations, and data sources may vary by jurisdiction and regulatory requirements.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with the Services, including software, source code, algorithms, artificial intelligence models, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, databases, documentation, and proprietary methodologies, remain the exclusive property of Aicredify or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants any ownership rights to users beyond the limited right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the underlying technology or intellectual property associated with the Services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aicredify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the Services. This limitation includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of revenue, loss of data, interruption of business operations, reputational harm, or decisions made by third parties.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or the relationship between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
